Shipping Information

We processed orders 7 days a week, and will ship within the next 3 business days. 

Orders received over the weekend or national holidays will not be process for shipment until the next business day.

All International orders shall be ship via postal courier service from Malaysia.

Estimated Time of Delivery (ETD)

United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Middle East and Europe - Within 20 business days

Africa - Within 25 business days

Asia - Within 15 business days

Singapore - Within 5 business days

Please note that any orders placed between 01 December to 25 December might experience some delay in the delivery timelines due to the global airfreight traffic that expected to be under stress with volume surge due to the peak Christmas and Year-End holiday period. 

All import custom taxes or duties, eg. VAT or GST, if any, at the destination countries shall be borne by the recipient. You can inform us on how much you want us to indicate as the declaration value in your order shipment invoice via the note during checkout to facilitate your custom clearance.
